1. What types of photography do you offer?

I specialize in portraits, family sessions, and real estate photography throughout Maryland, D.C., and surrounding areas.

2. Where are you located and do you travel?

I’m based in Glen Burnie, MD and offer on-location shoots in the DMV region. Travel within 15 miles is included; beyond that, a flat travel fee applies.

3. How do I book a session?

You can book directly through the website or by contacting me via phone or email. A signed contract and a deposit are required to secure your date.

4. What’s your turnaround time for photo delivery?

*Portrait sessions: 7–10 business days.

Real estate: 24–48 hours.

Rush delivery is available upon request.

5. How will I receive my photos?

Photos are delivered via a private online gallery. From there, you can download high-resolution files, order prints, or share with friends and family.

6. What should we wear for our session?

I recommend coordinating colors, avoiding busy patterns, and dressing for comfort. Style guides are available upon booking.

7. Can we bring props or pets?

Absolutely! Personal touches like props or pets are welcome and encouraged.

8. What if it rains or we need to reschedule?

We can reschedule due to weather or emergencies at no additional charge. Please give at least 48 hours’ notice for non-emergency reschedules.

9. What services do you offer for real estate clients?

High-res photos, drone/aerial shots (if needed), virtual tours, and next-day delivery are available.

10. Do you offer twilight or sunset shots for homes?

Yes, twilight photography is available for an additional fee. It’s great for creating stunning curb appeal.

11. How much do your sessions cost?

Session pricing varies by type and package. Full pricing details are available on the Services page or by contacting me.

12. Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due the day of the session.

13. What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept credit/debit cards, PayPal and Zelle.

🔐 Licensing & Usage

14. Can I print my photos wherever I like?

Yes! You receive a print release with your digital images. For best quality, I recommend using the professional lab linked in your gallery.

15. Do you retain copyright to the images?

Yes. As the photographer, I retain copyright but grant you personal-use rights. Commercial use requires a separate license.
